When you purchase work via our website it is important to us that you are completely satisfied. Buying an artwork is a very personal matter, it is important to us that you enjoy the art you buy from us. We guarantee that we will fully refund the cost of the work if you receive it and are not satisfied. Please notify us within 10 days of receiving your purchase if you intend to return the work, you need only to pay the cost of return freight and we will refund your purchase cost in full. The work must be received by us in its original condition with its accompanying documentation for the guarantee to apply.

Currency

All prices are in South African Rands (R). There is a currency calculator in each artists page.

Duties & Taxes

All prices shown include VAT (Valued Added Tax). Purchases from other countries where the goods leave South Africa are exempt from VAT; however other duties and/or taxes may apply specific to the country of import. The buyer is liable for these charges and will be charged by the courier on delivery, these charges are non-refundable on return of goods to us.

We accept the major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

Orders can be placed in the following ways:

• E-mail us with your contact phone number and a preferred time and we will call you to discuss your queries in more detail or to place an order via credit card over the phone. We encourage our customers to take advantage of this service if they feel more comfortable with phone ordering.
  
  
• Place a call to our gallery direct between 9 am and 8pm (GMT +2). Please note the time difference.
  
  
• Fax us a signed order including your credit card details as well as details of the goods you wish to purchase.
  
  
• Post us a cheque made out to Art of Africa including details of the goods you wish to purchase. If you choose this method, it is advisable that you contact us so that we can hold your order whilst the cheque is in the post

We guarantee all work shown on this website and in our gallery is authentic.

Delivery Time Frame

When we receive your order we will send you an email to confirm that your order has been processed and that the items have been sent. The average time for your order to be delivered is 7 to 14 days from confirmation of your payment and delivery address.
